Our HYROX Conditioning Class is designed to build the strength, endurance, and engine needed for HYROX racing — or simply to become fitter, stronger, and harder to fatigue.
This high-energy class combines functional strength, running or aerobic intervals, and HYROX-style workouts such as sled pushes and pulls, lunges, wall balls, rowing, skiing, and farmers carries.
Each session is scalable for all abilities, whether you’re new to functional fitness or preparing for a HYROX event. Movements, loads, and distances are adapted so everyone can train together while being challenged at their own level.
