Rowan O'Shea - Create don't escape

Buzzing to be back coaching in person. I know exactly how it feels to feel uncomfortable in your own body. I’ve been 17½ stone, out of shape, abusing substances, putting on a mask and pretending everything was fine when inside I was falling apart. I went to rehab in 2016, got clean and lost 110lbs, in 2020 built an online coaching programme that’s helped hundreds of men get into incredible shape. But this isn’t just about fat loss or muscle. My mission is to help men create a life they don’t want to escape from. I’ve been that lad. Feeling isolated, lacking discipline, unhappy with how I looked and felt, smiling for my family while quietly struggling inside. Health and fitness changed my life because it gave me structure, strength and self-respect and that’s what I now help others build. That’s why I’m genuinely buzzing to be back coaching in person, one-to-one, so I can have a direct impact on your life, your confidence and how you show up day to day. I’m absolutely delighted to be based in Grants health and fitness, a top-class facility and I’m excited to get to know everyone here and become part of this community. Linn Brady - 

I’m a part-time personal trainer alongside a full-time job, but fitness, especially coaching others, is truly where my passion lies. I fell in love with strength training four years ago, and it completely transformed how I view movement, confidence, and long-term health. Before that, I was a dedicated runner, completing the London Marathon for charity and taking part in numerous half marathons, experiences that taught me discipline, resilience, and the power of setting big goals. I have a particularly strong passion for group coaching (2 clients at a time or more), creating supportive, motivating environments where people can grow stronger together. As a busy mum of two boys, I understand the challenges of balancing life, work, and fitness, which drives me to help others find sustainable, empowering ways to train and feel their best.

Lucy Robinson - Anasa Pilates

I’m all about helping people feel strong, confident, and good in their own bodies. My Pilates classes are relaxed, welcoming, and supportive, but still give you a great workout. Whether you’re brand new or already into fitness, I focus on making sessions fun, effective, and something you actually look forward to. It’s all about building strength, improving posture, and leaving feeling better than when you arrived.

Strong Girls Club- 


Strong Girls Club was founded in 2022, by coaches Nicole and Elli - to create a community for women in the fitness space. You don’t need to be an athlete to join us. Whether you are at an advanced level, or beginner, our community is for you and we will make sure you feel welcome. At SGC, we offer classes, run clubs and fitness events of all variations as we want to open the doors to all aspects of fitness for women. As of February 2026, we will be holding our classes from Grant Health and Fitness Gym on a Monday and Wednesday at 6:15am. Monday is our strength and conditioning class - ‘Strong Girls Condition’. Wednesday is our circuit class - ‘Strong Girls Sweat’.
